Yes, I have set goals that I have dropped so easily that I almost didn't feel bad about it. But I have also accomplished goals that were extremely important to me.
My goal for my first year of college, and I know it sounds far-fetched and out of my reach, is to create a science blog as I make my way through the science programs at my schools. If this becomes big and amazing, awesome. If it is used for educational purposes, great!
But this is for me. This blog is my study time. It's my foot forward. It's my study tool, my exam instructor, my preparation, my goal. And it's also yours, as you see fit to use. I plan to be interactive and refer to classmates, refer classmates to the blog, let my old science teachers know about it, etc. etc.
I have 42 days until my first day of college begins, and when that forty second day hits, this blog will explode with action. Until then, I am merely preparing. So bear with me during my beginning stages, working out the kinks, finding the flow of things. Just know that this serves as a double whammy for me: English and Science knocked out in one! So wish me luck! And follow up you science nerds!
